The nitty-gritty: Housing, Meals, Costs, and Payments
Annual Sessions, June 7th to 9th 2024
To attend in person, you have many options. You may:
stay at Canby Grove for Friday and Saturday nights and take all your meals at the dining room, or
stay at Canby Grove for one or two nights and take only some of the meals, or
come for a day or two or all three days but stay off-campus at night.
We don’t want the cost to get in the way of anyone attending in person, so if you cannot pay the full registration amount, we will help cover your costs. Please write that in the notes in the registration form or email registrar@scymf.org.
If you are able, contributing an additional amount to help others attend would be greatly appreciated.

Housing
Riverfront Lodge at Canby Grove – Most of the sleeping rooms in the Riverfront Lodge have a queen bed, a bunk bed and a full bathroom for up to four guests. Bed linens and towels are provided. The rooms are air conditioned. A few larger rooms have a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds for up to six guests. There are two accessible rooms but they only have a queen bed. If you have difficulty going up or down stairs, or need a ground-level room for other reasons, please note that in the registration form or email registrar@scymf.org
Woodland Cabins at Canby Grove – The cabins are furnished with a queen bed, bunk bed, small table and two chairs. They hold up to 4 guests each, although larger cabins hold up to six guests with a queen bed and two sets of bunks. Guests bring their own towels and bed linens or sleeping bags. The cabins are heated but there are no bathrooms in the cabins. Restroom and shower facilities are nearby.
Lodging assignments will be made in the order received (with consideration of special needs when possible), so please do not delay! Please pay with a check or Tithe.ly when you register.
Meals
Meals will start with lunch on Friday through lunch on Sunday.
Costs
Please let the registrar know if lack of funds would prevent you from attending. We don’t want the cost to get in the way of anyone attending, so if you cannot pay the full registration amount, we will help cover your costs.
To stay at Canby Grove two nights and take all seven meals there, the suggested costs will be:
Adult (age 13+) in Lodge, 2 nights/7 meals = $295
Child (age 3-12) in Lodge, 2 nights/7 meals = $195
Adult (age 13+) in cabin, 2 nights/7 meals = $205
Child (age 3-12) in cabin, 2 nights/7 meals = $145
Babies (age 0-2) all housing = $25

To attend during the day only:
Adult (age 13+) $40 plus $20 per meal
Child (age 3-12) $25 plus $15 per meal
To attend by Zoom only:
Zoom registration is $25.

You must register to attend on Zoom or in-person, even if you are only coming during the day without staying overnight.

The deadline to register and pay is May 20, 2024.
Payment
Send a check made out to SCYMF with “annual sessions” in the memo line to the registrar. For the address to send the check, please email registrar@scymf.org.
You may also pay on-line through Tithe.ly. Click here. It would be helpful if you check the box with the option to cover the Tithe.ly processing fees.
If you are able, contributing an additional amount to help others attend would be very welcome.
Need to Know
No pets are permitted on the premises. Service animals must be caped and a guest service representative must be notified before the animal is on site.
No alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs.
No smoking except in designated areas.
No firearms, ammunition, explosives, or fireworks on site
