Quarterly/Annual Gathering Committee | September 17, 2019
Minutes
We met via Zoom teleconference. Committee members participating were Lynette Cortez, Eli Craig, Sue Fairchild, Rachel Hampton, Meg Rice and Vicki Stave. Final details were reviewed for the upcoming September 28 Quarterly Gathering in Eugene We talked about preliminary details for the February 29, 2020 Quarterly Gathering in Silverton. Lynette had some ideas for persons to ask to do things like music and childcare. Eli will ask Brian Boyd about leading a youth activity. The dates will be announced on Sept 28 for the February Quarterly Gathering, and Annual Sessions on June 12-14 at Canby Grove Talked about our requested budget for 2020, and agreed upon amounts (mostly the same as 2019). Meg sent our request to Beth Oppenlander and Robert Wade. Meg will create a Doodle Poll for our next meeting, aiming for late October or November timeframe.
